This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from CENSEROOT at https://censeroot.com.

CENSEROOT is operated by Esfera Group LLC, doing business as CENSEROOT.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

For a standard return, the bracelet must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Clean, dry, and in its original condition
  • Returned with its original packaging and included accessories
  • Free from water, oil, lotion, perfume, heavy wear, or avoidable damage

Wearable incense beads can be affected by moisture, skin oils, added fragrance, improper storage, and daily wear. Items showing signs of use or avoidable damage may not be eligible for a standard return.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at hello@censeroot.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or has another product issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Do not send your order to the business address, the address printed on the parcel, or another warehouse address without our approval. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Standard Returns

Standard returns include situations such as changing your mind, choosing the wrong size, or deciding that the scent or design is not right for you.

For standard returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any original shipping charge paid by the customer is non-refundable.
  • If CENSEROOT covered the original shipping cost, we do not retroactively charge that cost to the customer.
  • The item must meet the return conditions listed above.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. CENSEROOT cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged before reaching the approved return address.

Scent Concerns

CENSEROOT bracelets are designed to carry a quiet, close-to-skin scent rather than project fragrance across a room. Scent perception can vary with temperature, storage, wear, environment, and individual sensitivity.

If you believe your bracelet has no detectable scent, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may ask you to complete a short care and scent check so we can understand whether the bracelet needs rest, proper storage, replacement, or another solution.

If we confirm that the bracelet has a product-related scent issue, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • A replacement
  • A full or partial refund
  • A refund without requiring the bracelet to be returned
  • Another reasonable solution agreed with you

This section covers bracelets with no reasonably detectable scent. It does not guarantee a particular scent strength, projection, fragrance preference, or fixed scent duration.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

If the issue is confirmed, CENSEROOT will offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other solution. Customers will not be required to pay return shipping for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Please do not discard the item or packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

CENSEROOT reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of wear or use, has been exposed to water or oil, is damaged after delivery, is missing original packaging or accessories, or does not match the item originally purchased.

Exchanges and Sizing

If you need a different size, contact us at hello@censeroot.com. Size exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility.

For customer-requested size changes, the customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs unless the sizing issue was caused by our error.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not entered preparation or shipment.

Contact hello@censeroot.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has entered preparation or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the applicable return process after delivery.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, soaked, oiled, perfumed, altered, or damaged
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items missing original packaging or included accessories
  • Gift cards, if offered
  • Items clearly marked as final sale before purchase

These exclusions do not limit the remedies available for confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.
