This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from CENSEROOT at https://censeroot.com.

CENSEROOT is operated by Esfera Group LLC, doing business as CENSEROOT.

Order processing time

CENSEROOT bracelets are prepared in small batches.

Orders are usually prepared within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, preparation may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Estimated delivery time

After your order is shipped, estimated delivery is usually 7-15 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs review, weather, carrier disruption, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Shipping destinations

We currently offer free tracked shipping to the United States and Canada. Availability, rates, and delivery estimates for other destinations are shown at checkout.

If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact hello@censeroot.com before placing an order.

Shipping origin

CENSEROOT works close to its production and material supply chain in China. Orders may be fulfilled from China or through designated logistics partners.

This allows us to prepare small-batch wearable incense bracelets without requiring overseas warehouse inventory at the current stage.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

CENSEROOT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for charges imposed by customs authorities.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us at hello@censeroot.com as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order enters preparation or shipment.

Lost, delayed, or returned parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or if your parcel appears to be lost, contact hello@censeroot.com with your order number.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay customs charges, or failure to collect the parcel, we will contact you about the available options. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@censeroot.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
