Welcome to CENSEROOT. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from CENSEROOT.

CENSEROOT is operated by Esfera Group LLC, doing business as CENSEROOT.

Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. We may refuse or limit an order where necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, stock errors, or unlawful activity.

Products

We aim to describe each bracelet, material, scent character, size, and care requirement accurately. Handmade work, natural variation, screen settings, and batch differences may create minor variations in color, texture, or scent.

Scent and Natural Variation

Scent perception, intensity, projection, and duration vary with temperature, storage, wear, environment, and individual sensitivity. We do not guarantee a particular scent strength, fragrance preference, or fixed scent duration.

Care and Use

Keep the bracelet dry and avoid soaking, showers, swimming, oils, lotion, perfume, high heat, and prolonged direct sun. CENSEROOT products are wearable accessories and aromatic objects, not medical devices, medicines, or a substitute for professional advice.

Product Information

Symbolic, cultural, and historical references are provided as design context or personal intention. They are not promises of health, protection, luck, focus, sleep, stress reduction, or any other guaranteed outcome.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Storefront prices do not include United States sales tax or Canadian GST/HST. Where CENSEROOT is legally required and registered to collect a consumption tax, the applicable amount is calculated at checkout. For United States and Canadian deliveries, import duties and standard customs-handling charges are covered through our duty-paid logistics arrangement; other destination charges may apply as described in the Shipping Policy. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or adjust an order for inventory, pricing, payment, address, shipping, or compliance reasons. If we cancel, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled portion.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Our current launch service is limited to the United States and Canada, with an estimated total delivery time of 10–20 business days and duty-paid delivery as described there.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Website text, images, layouts, logos, product names, and other CENSEROOT content are owned by or licensed to CENSEROOT and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CENSEROOT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies from its stated update date.
